Leonard Miles was a 2004 recipient of the Adams Future Business Leader Scholarship. The $1,000 award he received was instrumental in advancing his educational and career goals.

In May 2006, Leonard graduated from the Johns Hopkins University Police Executive Leadership program with a B.S in management, while maintaining a 3.5 academic GPA. His career objective is to play an integral role in research, planning and development of various law enforcement and community-based initiatives that address the rising juvenile delinquency rate.

Currently, Leonard is employed as a police officer with the Baltimore School Police. In this position, he has had the opportunity to positively influence society's most precious and vulnerable resource, our youth.

Leonard is yet another example of the impact that the Adams Foundation has made on aspiring young people who have the drive and determination to become successful as a leader in our community.
